How Much Does It Cost?

Our representation of misdemeanor cases begins at $2500.00 plus tax, for petty misdemeanor offenses. The cost of representation increases based upon the number and severity of the charges, and the specific facts of the case. There is typically an additional fee charged if the case proceeds to a bench or jury trial. Each fee is determined on a case by case basis.

Payment plans are available in most cases. If a payment plan is requested, the client will be required to pay at least 50% of the total fee up front, and will be given a payment plan that ensures full payment prior to trial. We accept all major credit cards.

When hiring a criminal defense attorney, you should be confident in that attorney's approach to defending your case, and ensure that he or she is qualified to handle your defense. Attorneys quoting unusually low fees for representation may not be qualified to handle your case and may be quoting a fee with the intention of quickly resolving your case through a plea, which may have devastating effects on your life.
