Crum served as a law clerk in the United States Attorney's office in Washington D.C. and as a mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (E.E.O.C.). Mr. Crum represents a wide range of criminal defendants around the state of New Mexico, in cases ranging from first offense DWI to serious felony offenses. Mr. Crum was the chairman of the New Mexico Bar Criminal Section in 2003 and 2004. He also serves on the finance committee of the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association. While employed by the State of New Mexico, Ms. Payne engaged in and supervised a complex litigation practice for over ten years. She is admitted in all New Mexico courts and is available statewide for the defense of all misdemeanor and felony cases.She is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and is a board member of the State Bar’s Criminal Law Section. After law school, she joined the District Attorney's Office as a prosecutor, where she handled complex multi-case felonies. Ms. Bishop is trained in family law dispute resolution and advanced mediation. She brings strong trial skills to the courtroom as well as the ability to facilitate positive resolutions for those she represents.
